Cariari, then and now, 2015 & 2018

Looks like some progress was made in the 3 years since I was in Costa Rica… the guard shack is complete and there was a suspicious guard hanging out there. Still no houses that I could see back there, though.

Looks like that pile of bricks got used to make a road, maybe. Cool.
