I’m struggling some this evening. Alhamdulillah. Working while fasting makes time go by faster, but can tend to sap your energy if you’re not careful. Cold-water wudu, Sunnah naps, and dhikr (rememberance) help, and the time to break fast is not far away. Alhamdulillah, Allah makes it easy for us.

Dua upon breaking the fast
ذَهَـبَ الظَّمَـأُ، وَابْتَلَّـتِ العُـروق، وَثَبَـتَ الأجْـرُ إِنْ شـاءَ الله “The thirst has gone and the veins are quenched, and reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.”
Naps are Sunnah
and sometimes necessary… Alhamdulillah.

May Allah azza wa jall guide us all to the best of this blessed month, may He give is the strength and focus to fast with our eyes, tongues, ears, and hands as easily as with our stomachs, and may He bring us closer to Him and His Mercy. Amin.
Dua for forgiveness and mercy
We all need it from time to time: وَقُل رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ rabbighfir warham wa-anta khayru arrahimeen My Lord (rabb), forgive (igfir) and (wa) have mercy (arham), and (wa) You are (anta) the best (khayru) of the merciful (arrahimeen). Surah Al-Mu’minūn, ayat 118
